Volunteering in our community is more than a commitment—it's a journey of learning and transformation, deeply rooted in the Andean worldview and the regeneration of life.

What do you need to join us?

  • Send us a letter of intent telling us why you want to volunteer and what motivates you to be part of this experience.
  • Attach your résumé, including your experience and skills.
  • Provide at least three letters of recommendation that reflect your commitment and background.

Most importantly: Beyond formal requirements, we’re looking for people who are open-hearted, empathetic, respectful, communicative, and above all, passionate about volunteering through an Andean and regenerative lens.

  • Ecology and environmental regeneration
  • Permaculture and agroecology
  • Andean worldview and spirituality
  • Cultural immersion with Indigenous communities
  • Perma Wawakuna: Intercultural bilingual education
  • Midwifery and ancestral medicine
  • Ancestral pottery and traditional crafts
  • Seed guardianship and food sovereignty
  • Communications (support in responsible use and outreach through social media)
